Fred Kross earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia State University with a major in Real Estate and also graduated from Georgia State University School of Law earning his Juris Doctorate in 1993. Fred has worked in the real estate field since 1989, beginning as a licensed real estate appraiser and then becoming a Realtor handling new home construction. In 1998 he started practicing law full time.
Fred’s main areas of practice are residential and commercial real estate closings, business formations, consumer bankruptcy and estate planning. He has closed over 2000 real estate transactions including numerous short sales, REO sales, investor transactions as wells as owner-financed closings.
