Nicole Young Whalen grew up in the Watermelon Capital of the World (Cordele, Georgia). She attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia from 1997 - 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a double minor in Chemistry and Japanese. After graduating from Georgia Southern University, Nicole worked in Japan for a year and a half as a linguistics specialist.
She received her Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law in 2007. She has been a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Georgia since 2008 and is also a member of the American Bar Association, Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, Wealth Counsel, Paulding Bar Association (Treasurer) and West Georgia Young Lawyers (Paulding County Delegate).
Nicole focuses on assisting clients to make the best solutions for their family and business. Her practice areas are Business Law, Estate Planning, Nonprofits, and Real Estate Law. She understands that each client is unique and tailors a plan specifically for them. Nicole travels throughout Georgia to inform communities of the importance of Estate Planning, especially if you own a business or have minor children. She is committed to serving her community with compassion, integrity and transparency.
