Molly Sutter has been practicing law in Georgia since 2008. Molly has worked in the mortgage industry throughout her entire legal career. She has represented lenders in various legal matters including, but not limited to, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, title, loan modifications and short sales.
Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Auburn University in 2004, and her law degree from John Marshall Law School, Atlanta in 2008. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
Molly is an Atlanta native, and currently resides in Brookhaven, GA with her husband and children. In her spare time Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, lake weekends, Auburn football, traveling and exercise.
What made you decide to be an attorney?
I graduated undergrad in 3.5 years and wasn't ready to start working so I applied to law school.
Most memorable vacation
The summer after I took the bar exam I traveled Europe for 1 month. I spent two weeks in the Greek islands with my best friends from college. It was the best time of my life!
